Apple Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

rolled oats

All-purpose flour

Cup

Whole wheat flour

Cup

Brown sugar, firmly packed

Raisins

Green Tart Apple, peeled, cored, and finely chopped

Egg, slightly beaten

Cup

Honey

Cup

Vegetable oil

Milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375.

In a medium bowl, combine oats, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Stir in apples and raisins.

In a large bowl, combine, egg, honey, ol and milk. Stir in flour mixture. Mix to form a smooth batter.

Drop cookies by tablespoons or ice cream scoop onto a ungreased baking sheet, leaving 2 between. Bake for 10-12 min. or until lightly golden. Remove baking pan. And let cool for a few min before removing to wire rack to finish cooling.
