Preheat oven to 375º.
In a medium bowl, combine oats, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Stir in apples and raisins.
In a large bowl, combine, egg, honey, ol and milk. Stir in flour mixture. Mix to form a smooth batter.
Drop cookies by tablespoons or ice cream scoop onto a ungreased baking sheet, leaving 2” between. Bake for 10-12 min. or until lightly golden. Remove baking pan. And let cool for a few min before removing to wire rack to finish cooling.
