Rocky Road Candy

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips

7 Ounces Marshmallow Crème (7 Ounces)

2/3 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/2 Tsp Vanilla

4 Cups Miniature Marshmallows

2 Cups Chopped Pecans Or Walnuts

1 Cup Raisins (Optional)

Directions:

 Line a 9x13” baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over ends of pan; grease foil. In a 3 quart microwave safe bowl, combine semisweet and milk chocolate chips. Microwave on medium high power (80%) for 3 minutes, stirring after 1-1/2 minutes, Stir in marshmallow crème; microwave on medium high power for 1 minute. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; stir until well blended. Add marshmallows, nuts and if using the raisins; stir until well coated. Spread immediately into prepared pan. Chill until firm, Use ends of foil to lift candy from pan. Cut into 1” squares.

Store in airtight container.
