3/4 Cup Butter
3 Ounces Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, Chopped
1-1/2 Cups Finely Chopped Vanilla Wafers
1 Cup Flaked Coconut
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Confectioners Sugar
3 Tbsp Milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. butter a 7x11” baking dish
Stirring constantly, melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 ounce of the chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in cookie crumbs, coconut, pecans, sugar, egg and 1 tsp vanilla. Press into prepared pan. Bake 8 minutes. Cool completely.
Stirring constantly, melt remaining 1/4 cup butter and 2 ounces chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove fro heat; stir n confectioners sugar, milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over crumb mixture in pan. Cool completely. Cut into 1 inch squares.
