Egg Whites

Salt

Vanilla

Butter, Melted

Shredded Coconut

Walnuts, Chopped

Corn Flakes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a baking sheet.

In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer beat egg whites until stiff, beat in sugar and salt.

In a large bowl mix together vanilla and butter. Combine coconut, nuts and corn flakes; stir in egg white mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes.
