Sifted Confectioners Sugar

Cram Cheese, Softened

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, Melted

Coffee-Flavored Liqueur

Orange Flavored Liqueur

Almond Flavored Liqueur

Ground Pecans

Confectioners Sugar

Cup

Unsweetened Cocoa

Directions:

In a medium bowl, add 3 cups confectioners sugar gradually to cream cheese, bbeating with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add melted chocolate, mix well.

Divide mixture into 4 bowls, add a different flavored liqueur to each bowl; mix well. Refrigerate several hours.

Place the ground nuts on a small plate, also place the confectioners sugar on a plate and the cocoa on its own plate for dusting the truffles. Remove one of the mixtures from the refrigerator. Shape into 1 balls. Roll in nuts, sugar or cocoa. Refrigerate on a plate. Repeat with remaining mixtures until all truffles are done.
