Ingredients:

3	Cup	Flour
6	Tablespoon	Cocoa Powder
1/2	Teaspoon	Salt
2	Cup	Sugar
2	Teaspoon	Baking soda
4	Teaspoon	Vanilla
2	Teaspoon	Vinegar
12	Tablespoon	Oil
2	Cup	Cold water

Directions:

Preheat over to 350º

Place the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make 3 small holes in the mixture. Pour the vanilla in one hole, the vinegar in another and vegetable oil in another. Pour water over the top and mix. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13” Cake pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes

Dust with confectioners sugar or frost in pan before serving.
