Neqpolitan Pound Cake

White cake mix

Milk

Cup

Chocolate flavored powder (like Nesquik)

Cup

Strawberry flavored powder (like Nesquik)

 

 

Powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Grease and flour a 10 fluted tube pan or bundt cake pan

Beat cream cheese and eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in cake mix alternately with milk. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes (batter will be thick). Remove 2 cups of batter and place in a separate bowl; stir in chocolate powder. Remove 2 more cups of batter and place in a separate bowl; stir in strawberry powder.

Spoon strawberry into prepared pan; tap pan lightly. Spoon white batter over strawberry batter covering it completely; spoon chocolate batter over white batter.

Bake on center oven rack for 55-60 minutes or until a tester inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 30 minutes. Loosen edges with knife if needed. Invert onto wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
