Chocolate Tunnel Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease a 10 fluted tube pan or bundt pan.

Filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and egg, beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.

Cake: In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla, beat until well blended. Pour of the batter into prepared pan. Spread filling over batter, top with remaining batter. Bake 50-55 min or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean.. Cool in pan10 min . Remove cake from pan and cool on wire rack.
