Cream Cheese Poundcake

All-Purpose Flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325F. Grease and flour a 10 loaf or tube pan.

Cream the cream cheese, butter, and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the salt and the vanilla and beat the mixture well. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the flour and mix well.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1-1/2 hour or until the cake shrinks from the sides of the pan. Cool the cake for 5 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
