Chocolate Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

Pkg Cream Cheese, softened

Cup

Sour Cream

Cup

Coffee or water

Eggs

Chocolate cake (2 layer size)

4 0z

Chocolate instant pudding

1

Cup

Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, coffee and eggs, with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add cake mix and pudding mix; beat until well blended. Fold in chips.

Pour into greased and floured 10-12 cup fluted tube pan. Bake at 325F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Place on serving dish top side down and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
