Black Russian Cake

Instant Coffee

Vodka

Walnuts Or Pecans, Chopped

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

 

 

 

Glaze:

Water

Sugar

Vodka

Kaklua

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325F. Grease and flour a 10 bundt or tube pan.

Mix together the cake mix, eggs, water, oil, instant coffee, and vodka until well blended and fluffy. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Pour into prepared pan, Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before inverting onto a serving plate and glazing.

Glaze: Melt the butter in a small saucepan, stir in water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vodka and kahlua. Prick the top and sides of cake. When cake is completely cooled, drizzle glaze evenly over top and sides until all the glaze is absorbed by the cake.
