Strawberry Bread

Frozen Strawberries Sliced (2 Pkgs)

 

 

 

Cream Cheese Spread

Cream Cheese

Confectioners Sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F, Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

In a large bowl, place the berries and sweeten to taste. Let sit until ready to use.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, chopped pecans and baking soda until thoroughly blended. In a separate bowl, mix together with an electric beater the eggs, oil and sugar until light and fluffy. Pour liquid into dry ingredients and gently sitr until mixed. Gently fold in the sweetened berries. Divide and pour the mixture into prepared pans. Bake for 70 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with cream cheese spread.

Mix together with an electric beater the cream cheese, the butter and the confectioners sugar.
