Sour Cream and Raisin Muffins

Sour Cream

Milk

Instant Coffee

Raisins

All-Purpose Flour

Old-Fashioned Oats

Cup

Sugar

Baking Powder

Cinnamon

Cloves

Ground Nutmeg

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350. Grease or paper line 12 muffin cups.

In a medium bowl combine the egg, sour cream, milk and instant coffee. Whisk until blended well. Stir in raisins. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir.

In a large bowl mix the flour, rolled oats, sugar, baking powder, and spices. Fold the sour cream mixture into the dry ingredients until moistened. Fill the muffin pans full and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 20-15 minutes. Until gold en brown and a pick inserted in center comers out clean.
