Olive Nut Bread

 

Ingredients:

2-1/2 Cup Flour

Cup Sugar

4 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Egg, Beaten

1 Cup Milk

Cup Vegetable Oil

1 Cup Olives, Chopped

1 Cup Walnuts, Chopped

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in egg, milk, and oil, mix until well blended. Add olives and nuts, stir to mix. Turn into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes or until done. Cool on rack.

Great with scrambled eggs or served with cream cheese.
