Mincemeat Muffins

 

Ingredients:

Cup

All-Purpose Flour

Cup

Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed

Tsp

Baking Powder

Tsp

Baking Soda

Tsp

Salt

Cup

Milk

Cup

Butter, Melted

Large Egg

1

Cup

Mincemeat

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375. Grease or paper line 12 muffin cups.

In large bowl, stir together the flour, crown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter and egg. Stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture Gently fold in the mincemeat. Divide the batter into the muffin cups, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins have risen and a tester comes out clean when inserted in center.
