Quickie Cranberry Loaves



1 (16 Ounce) Package Pound Cake Mix

2/3 Cup Oil Or Butter

1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 Eggs

1 Tsp Orange Extract

2 Cups Chopped Pecans Or Walnuts

1 Cup Dried Cranberries


Preheat oven to 325 degree F. Grease and flour two 5x9 loaf pans.

In a large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and orange extract at low speed of an electric mixer for 3 minutes scraping down the sides. Stir in the nuts and the cranberries. Spoon the batter into prepared pans. Bake 1 hour or until a tester inserted incenter comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on a wire rack



2 loaves about 36 slices
