Blackberry Orange Tea Bread

Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed

Baking Powder

Grated Orange Zest

Blackberries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease & lightly flour two 8 loaf pans.

In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the orange zest, eggs, milk, vanilla, and oil. Fold in blackberries. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and a pick inserted in center comes out clean.
