Southern Style Eggnog

Ingredients:

Eggs, Separated

Sugar

Salt

Tsp

Vanilla

Bourbon

Oz

Rum

Confectioners Sugar

Cup

Heavy Cream

4

Cup

Milk

Directions:

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat egg yolks until creamy; beat in sugar, salt, vanilla, and nutmeg. Beat in bourbon and rum slowly.

In a medium bowl beat egg whites until stiff, beating in confectioner’s sugar. Add Cream and milk to yolk mixture; fold in egg whites. Refrigerate for several hours before servings.
