Peppermint Punch
Ingredients:

Eggnog |

Bottle club soda |

Peppermint ice cream, softened |

Hard peppermint candies, crushed |
Directions:
Stir together eggnog, club
soda and softened ice cream on a large bowl or punch bowl; sprinkle with
crushed peppermint candies, and serve immediately or chilled (can be chilled
2-4 hours ahead of time before serving – if chilling first - do not add
peppermint candies until ready to serve)
Note: Suggestion for serving: Coat rims of
Irish coffee glasses with corn syrup, and dip in finely chopped peppermint
candies.
