Peppermint Punch

 

Ingredients:

Quart

Eggnog

1

Liter

Bottle club soda

Gallon

Peppermint ice cream, softened

 

 

Hard peppermint candies, crushed

Directions:

Stir together eggnog, club soda and softened ice cream on a large bowl or punch bowl; sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies, and serve immediately or chilled (can be chilled 2-4 hours ahead of time before serving if chilling first - do not add peppermint candies until ready to serve)

Note: Suggestion for serving: Coat rims of Irish coffee glasses with corn syrup, and dip in finely chopped peppermint candies.
