Cranberry Punch



4 Cups Cranberry Juice, Chilled

4 Cups Pineapple Juice, Chilled

4 Cups Sugar

1-2 Tsp Almond Extract

1/2 Gallon Strawberry Or French Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

1 Leter Giner Ale, Chilled


 In a large punch bowl, combine the juices, 1-1/2 cup sugar, almond extract and ice cream. Refrigerate until serving.

Just before serving, beat cream in a mixing bowl Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Whisk gently into chilled juice mixtre. Add ginger ale.
