Buttery Mulled Cider

 

Ingredients:

Cup

Brown Sugar

 

 

Juice Of 1 Orange

 

 

Juice Of 1 Lemon

8

Cup

Apple Cider

4

Whole Cloves

2

 

Whole Cinnamon Sticks

1

Stick

Unsalted Butter (1/4 Cup)

Directions:

Combine brown sugar, orange and lemon juice, cider, cloves, cinnamon sticks, allspice and half of the butter in a large sauvepan. Bring to a boil and simmer covered, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. Discard the cloves and cinnamon.

Pour the mulled cider into 8 mugs and float tablespoon of butter on top of each drink
