Steak Pizziola

Ingredients:

Clove garlic, chopped

Olive oil

Chuck steak (4 pieces)

Can chopped tomatoes

 

 

Salt and pepper to taste

Tsp

Dried oregano

Can button mushrooms

Directions:

In a medium skillet, brown garlic in oil. Add the meat, browning on both sides. Set aside. Add the tomatoes to oil and simmer for 15 minutes. Return meat to the skillet. Add the oregano, and the salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 15 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
