My journy to regain control of my life
This is more for me then anyone. It is time for me to get well and writing is I am told a good way to do this. I am 44 with 2 adult kids and one 17 year old who lives with his mother when he is not in jail :( I am fighting aniety disorder, diabeties, IBS, lactose issues, I weight almost 400 pounds, am almost legally deaf ( late deafend is term I think) Have had some major legal battles over past 6 years, am out of work. My brother was killed in 9/11 bombings and that has cause many other issues. I am tiered of hiding away in my basement afraid to go out, to live again. This is begining I hope of my journy to life, to begin again.
