Materials used :   
- Tulip steel hook no.1 (1.6mm)  
- Minlon Poly - red  (Size 10 Thread)   
- Minlon Poly - green  (Size 10 Thread)  
- Minlon Poly - orange  (Size 10 Thread)  
- 1/8" width satin ribbon  - white
- scented potpourri (wrapped in scraps of cloth/netting material)   

Instruction :   
With red, ch5, join with sl st to form ring.  
Rnd 1 : Ch3, into ring, work (2dc-puff, 5ch, 3dc-puff, 3ch, *3dc-puff, 5ch, 3dc-puff, 3ch).    
            Repeat from * once more, sl st to 3rd ch to join.  Fasten & break off yarn.    
            Weave in loose end & join green with sl st to 2nd ch of 5ch-lp.  
Rnd 2 : Into same lp, **ch3, 2dc-puff (count as beginning 3dc-puff), ch4, 3tr-puff, ch5,   
            sl st to 5th ch from hook [5ch-picot made], ch4, 3dc-puff, ch3, sc into next 3ch-lp, ch3.    
            Into next lp, work from ** twice.  Sl st to 3rd ch to join.  Fasten & break off yarn.    
            Weave in loose end & join orange with sl st to first 4ch-lp.  
Rnd 3 : Into same lp, ***ch3, 4dc-puff (count as 1st 5dc-puff), ch2.  Into next 5ch-picot sp,   
            work (3dc-puff,  3ch, 3dc-puff), ch2,.  Work 5dc-puff into next 4ch-lp, ch2.    
            Work (3dc-puff, 2ch) each into next 2 loops.  Into next 4ch-lp, work from *** twice.    
            Sl st to top of 5dc-puff to join.  
Rnd 4 : Ch4 (count as 1dc, 1ch), dc into next sp, ch1, dc into top of next 3dc-puff, ch1,    
            ^work (1dc, 1ch) 3 times into next 3ch-lp.  Repeat working (1dc, 1ch) into each sp &  
            top of dc-puffs.  Repeat  from ^  for the 3ch-lp.  Sl st to 3rd ch to join.  
Rnd 5 :  Ch1, sc into same sp, ch3, work (sc into next sp, 3ch) around.   Sl st to 1st sc to join.   

For back piece : Fasten & break off yarn.  Weave in all loose ends.  
For front piece : Continue to work the next rnd.  
Rnd 6 : Sl st to next 3ch-lp.  ^^Into next lp, work (1dc, 3ch, sl st to 3rd ch from hook) 3 times,   
            dc into same lp, sc into next lp.  Repeat from ^^ around.  Sl st to 1st sc to join.    
            Fasten & break off yarn.  Weave in all loose ends.  

To make up :   
Place the 2 pieces wrong side together.  Place wrapped potpourri between these 2 pieces.
Weave in ribbon in the spaces between dcs of Rnd 4.  Pull up ends to equal lengths at tip of 
triangular, tie and make a bow..  Tie another ribbon behind  this bow at the back piece for hanging.
