Instruction :  
Make loop on hook F5 with "Ukulele" yarn  
& join with sc to elastic band.  
Rnd 1 : Work 45sc around elastic band. 
            Sl st to 1st sc to join (46sc).  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st.  Work (3ch, sc  
            into next st) around.  Ch1, hdc into  
            1st sc to join.          
Rnd 3 : Ch1, sc into same loop.  Work (3ch, 
            sc into next loop) around.  Sl st to 
            1st sc to join.  Fasten & break off yarn. 
            Weave in loose end.  
Using hook 2/0 & "blue and silver embroidery 
thread" together, join to previous 3ch-loop with sc .  
Rnd 4 : *Ch1, into next loop, work(dc,1ch)5 times, 
            sc into next loop. Repeat from * around.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten & break off yarn.   
            Weave in all loose ends.
