Instruction :  
Rnd 1 : With GB, work 60sc around elastic band. 
            Sl st to 1st sc to join. 
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st, work (5ch, sc into
            next st) around.  Ch2, dc into 1st sc to 
            join. 
Rnd 3 : Ch1, sc into same loop, ch5, sc into next  
            loop, work(5ch, sc into same loop, 5ch,  
            sc into next loop)around. Ch2, dc into  
            1st sc to join.  Fasten & break off yarn..  
Rnd 4 : Work this round with 2 strands of yarn  
            together (GB & metallic).  Join with sc to  
            last dc of rnd 3.  *Ch1,  dc into next loop,  
            work(3ch, sl st into 3rd ch from hook,   
            dc into same loop) 4 times, ch1, sc into  
            next loop.  Repeat from * around .  
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.   
            Fasten & break off yarn..  
            Weave in all loose ends.
