Instruction :  
Make loop on hook & join with sc to
elastic band.  
Rnd 1 : Work 39sc around elastic band,  
            sl st to 1st sc to join (40sc).  
Rnd 2 : Ch1, sc into same st.   
            Work (8ch,  sc into next st, 8ch,  
            sc into same st ) around.   
            Sl st to 1st sc to join.  
            Fasten & break off yarn.   
            Weave in all loose ends.
