q & a

Here's the first batch of Q&As. Enjoy.
Please remember that a few of these answers could be a bit dated.

Out of everything you've done, what was your favorite show and why?

I would have to divide this into favorite Film and Stage. On TV, Davy, or CP would be my favorite because I had a lot of input into the characters. On stage I would say a production of David Rabe's "Streamers" was the best work I ever did.

Did you ever read the reviews of your own performances? Why or why not?

Sure I read the reviews. The key is to remember you are never as bad, or as good as they say. I try to learn from them if they are constructive. Always willing to hear an opinion.

When you sit down to watch television now, what's your favorite show?

I don't watch that much TV, because of my schedule these days but I NEVER miss The Sopranos on HBO. The best show on TV, no doubt. I also enjoy Everybody Loves Raymond, Frasier, ER, and that show where people bring in old junk and they tell them what it's worth. I love that!!
*** Kiri's Note: I think it's "Antiques Roadshow." ***

Tim, do you even *like* cheese sandwiches?

I have nothing against cheese sandwiches.

What theater has he done?

Theatre I've done...... mostly Musicals, believe it or not. Robber Bridegroom, A Little Night Music, Canterbury Tales, Joseph and the Amazing Techno. Dreamcoat, Company, Funny Thing Happened On the Way to The Forum, 110 in the Shade, West Side Story, Bye Bye Birdie etc.... Straight Plays - Streamers, Tartuffe, A Winters Tale, MacBeth, The Beax Stratagum, Inherit the Wind etc.....

Is he interested in doing it again?

I am in the process of getting back into auditioning now.

Has he ever played Petruccio from The Taming of the Shrew?

Never played Petruccio... yet.

Would he be interested in doing a convention or autograph session?
(perhaps we can arrange a mini-reunion at one!)

I would love to do a convention or Autograph session. I enjoy meeting fans and learning more about them.

What about a W & W play?
(and he plays Erik this time!)

A W&W Play?? Sure I'm in, but I would still like to play Geoffrey... He's just too much fun!!!

What type of music do you like?

I like good old ROCK AND ROLL BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you currently married?

I am not married, I live with my fiancee'. We have been together almost 10 years.

When is your birthday?

I was born on August 2, 1955........ I'm so old......

What color are Tim's eyes?

My eyes are blue.

What was Tim's favorite scene from W&W (that he appeared in)?
(Unless it's the weather vane one noted in the interview)

My favorite scene in W&W would be ANY scene that Julia was in. That woman could crack me up more than any other actor I ever worked with. A true comic genius.... I am a BIG fan.

Care to submit a question?

Why not visit The Land of Aperans: The Haven for Wizards and Warriors and read Tim's most recent interview? (Interviewed January 2000)
