Catching Redfish on a saltwater fly!!!!
On the flats: Here are some really good flies that I have used and that work for Reds:

Mr. WhiteBait:

Mr. Whitebait - A blend of natural and synthetic materials, make this baitfish pattern come alive in the water. This translucent fly has just the right amount of flash. Tied Deceiver style, fly this flyis killer on Snook, Redfish, Striped Bass, Bonita, Seatrout, Albacore and Snappers

D.C. Wiggler

The D.C.Wiggler is a Redfish killer. This fly has tons of action in the water. Great for shallow, grassy conditions such as for tailing redfish.Tied in natural colors, it just plain looks like food! Also great for Seatrout, Striped Bass, Cobia, Snook and even Largemouth Bass.

Flipping Shrimp

It Pops, it Dives and makes a commotion like a shrimp Flippin on the surface! This fly floats at rest and can be fished many ways. This fly pops when twitched, and dives during a quick retrieve. With a slow retrieve it pushes a wake like a shrimp swimming on the surface. Also dead drift this fly in the current. This fly casts better than most poppers or deer hair flies. Very durable and will not get water logged and sink. Great for any species that eat shrimp. Redfish, Snook, Striped Bass, Seatrout,
Weakfish to name a few.

November 8th, 2001 One of my best Saltwater fly-fishing trips for Snook!! After not catching a single Snook for over 2 years ( I was M.I.A.) I finally nailed some!! In fact I caught 4 and my fishing buddy caught 2. All on Neerly Live Bait under the docklights of central Florida! The Snook ranged from 24" to 29" .

Caught on a Neerly Live Bait underneath the docklights....These flies are deadly. On September 27, 2001 we caught and released over 100 trout on these flies!!! In about three hours of fishing!
