6 oz Flour 3 oz Marg
2 Tbs Milk or water

This is enough to make a flan or quiche but to produce a pie then extra quantities maybe needed for the lid.

Method
Mixing flour & margarine to a bread crumb texture in a bowl, bind this together with  a little of the cold milk to a  putty like texture, roll out to fit a baking or flan dish. Puncture the bottom of the case with a fork  trim the excess and roll into some balls place within the case to help the case keep its shape. Bake in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 10 min.
