Macaroni Cheese

4 oz macaroni1 pint Cheese sauce
4-6 oz Grated cheese for sauce and topping

Method
Measure out the macaroni and cook as per instructions on the packet and stir often. Hint, to stop the macaroni sticking together add teaspoon of oil or a knob of butter to the boiling water. Follow the White orCheese Sauce methods, add the grated cheese, leave some to put on the top at the end. When the macaroni is cooked drain the water away and add to the sauce. Place the sauce with the macaroni into a casserole dish, sprinkle on top the remaining cheese. Now place the casserole dish under a grill or in a warm oven to brown.

Serve with a green vegetable and or sliced tomato.
