Method
Pre heat oven to 190°C meanwhile line a flan dish with pastry following the pastry guide. Also measure out and mix all the dried ingredients, Breadcrumbs, cheese, mixed nuts, onion in a bowl. Beat the eggs add the marmite, milk, salt & Pepper stirring them in. Blend the liquid mixture into the dried ingredients. Place this into the pastry lined flan dish
and place in the centre of the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
