'99 ASTRO 4x2
Our 1999 Astro 4x2 has the 4" Overland lift installed and new 31" tires. I have also installed Rancho RS5000 shocks all around. I really like the increased ride height and stiffness of the new springs. The install wasn't as easy as I thought it would be but it was easy enough if you have the correct tools.

The ride is a bit stiff but it's good to know you won't be dragging on much in the woods.  When the rear seat is removed there is plenty of room in the back for an air matress or just hauling around cargo.

This van is used primarily for daily driving but I also pull a 17ft. bass boat to the lake on occasion as well as take it camping during the cooler months here in Florida. I have a removable Valley Industries roof rack that I use to pack some of my camping gear up top and a Rockford Fosgate RFX 9000 CD/MP3 player for the tunes! I have also installed an Optima Red Top Battery, K&N air filter, KC Off-Road Lighting, Spare Tire Carrier, and ladder.  Future modifications include  4:11 gears & G80 Gov-Loc posi trac, DHC Rock Sliders, Safari roof rack, custom snorkel.
