Heat one cup of water in a sauce pan and add two cups
of sugar and three drops of blue food coloring.
Allow the mixture to cool for 15 minutes then pour the
mixture into a jar. Tie a string to a pencil or
Popsicle stick. Place the pencil across the top of
the jar so that the string hang inside the jar. Tie
a paper clip to the bottom of the string. Wait. It
will produce crystals.
