KimChee Soba w/ Sausage

Ingredients:
1 Polish Sausage Cooked, 2 cups Water, KimChee, 3-4 oz. Yaki Soba Noodles

Recipe:
Halve lengthwise, then chop the sausage into quarter circle pieces.  Place in a skillet and add water to depth of 1/2 inch.  Heat the water on high to a boil.  Add the Yaki Soba Noodles and stir them in gently until they've gone limp.  Allow the noodles to boil until the water has almost dissipated.  Add another 8 oz. water, or enough to return the water to its previous level, and add a few leaves of KimChee cabbage.  Cut the cabbage into bite size pieces if you had not already done so.  Stir the KimChee into the noodles and cook until the water has evaporated.  Toss out onto your favorite plate and enjoy.
