| With not much hype and it being a premeire release, it is a great game.... despite the PSX 1 graphics the storyline, fun factor and music makes up for the graphics, the camera sometimes locks in a certain mode but there is a way to stop that later in the game by casting a fire wall or blizarrd spell. The storyline of the game is Joseph of Ciran summons a demon to help the town but he was unable to summon him correctly and the demon attacks the town and escapses. Then he decides to find yago and yago tells him to find the four rings of the demons. When you find them all yago betrays you because yago got killed by the demon that you summoned in your hometown and the demon possesed his body. He betarys you by making you destroy the rings (which frees the four demons) and burns your hand (the one you use to summon). So You must go to the town of Wolong (the home of the Jade Temple Knight) this is a good area to level because in the cave there are hard enemies but some of them give great exp. once you leave the cave you can some of the good Npc Jade Temple Knights to get 1800 exp and they don't fight back. REMEMBER ONLY MAGIC CAN ATTACK THEM!!!! After you protect the town Aqqi tells felece that she is her mom and also that felece is the rightful person for BOTH thrones. (so she would be the Queen of all of the Orinea AND Mediva). Then you find out that there are 4 more rings which hold the dragons which where used to kill the demons in the olden days. Then another good exp area gomes in the poison woods. Oni's give great exp and they are easy but the poison is the thing that hurts. After that You must KILL two of the riders, the snake dude and the fire dude and as you may notice poison, heavy damage and metor strikes and fireballs hurt so i had some trouble with these two. After that there is the guard of the temple he will heal you and he will tell you some info but you must kill him to get the ring. Then leave and head to get the last of the 4 dragon rings which morad hold is a city in or near the tower of elah. And well thats as far as i got but i lent my PS2 to my bro. so it is explainable :) well heres a link for the FAQ/WALKTHROUGH of this game. |
