| Meditation is the greatest skill i have found. It is basic and nice to relax to. Its also good training to try and clear your mind while listening to music. Here i will teach you how to clear your mind. First get confortable. I like sitting cross legged because it helps me train my mind. By giving me the challenge or making my legs go to sleep. Which used to induce panic in me but not anymore :) But if your a beginner. You should try doing it sitting upright. I usually grasp my hands together so that when i start to lose reality my hands automaticly stay clasp together and don't fall about distracting me. I usually put my hands into a yin-yang shape it is relaxing and it's cool looking i guess hehe. i don't know really because rarly do people notice me meditating sitting upright. If i did it crosslegged on the subway people might notice though :P Then close your eyes once your relaxed and focus on your eyelids. It's the best way i can think of. Then once you start feeling strange. Relax. And repeat until you don't notice anything around you. Or in you. Feel Without. After awhile you'll prolly snap back into reality on your own. If you don't then your better at this then i am :P Just try to lose yourself. It's not the most confortable feeling for everyone. I seem to like it.
