| This stone memorial is located in the old section of the cemetery at Upper Dublin Evangelical Lutheran Church (formerly known as Puff's Church) near Ambler, PA (in Montgomery County). The large stone was excavated from the Valley Forge Military Park and dedicated in 1932 by the Colonial Haupt Association.
