Hello. My name is Brad Pennington. I just graduated from Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove) High School in Coal Grove, Ohio. While I was there, I was involved in the music department in any way possible, from marching band, to concert band. Ensembles to solos, I did it all.
I was also Drum Major of the Marching Band my senior year which was a Big accomplishment for me and I loved it very much, it was the very best of my high school experiences. I have really looked up to my band director these past couple of years;so much, that he inspired me to become a band director myself. So here I am, ready to start college in the fall majoring in Music Education. I will be in the Marshall University Marching Thunder this year as well. I'l be playing mallet percussion more than likely. It's my thing. I also like writing. That would be my second career choice inspired by my environmental science teacher of all people. I guess because she made us write even more than the english teacher. No joke. Around 7-8 reports in 1 semester. IN SCIENCE CLASS. But it was fun writing. I loved it. Oh and by the way, the United Poultry Concerns ROCK! Ya know why? "Because chockens are people too!" Quote by Ms. Karen Davis, UPC Founder and President. That covers it for now... I'l leave the bottom part that is relevant too, just in case you want to read it. (It's outdated a little bit) ---Old "About Me"---
I Like spending time with my friends and being outside alot (When the weather is nice). I have two younger brothers and a dog. I'm a Roman Catholic and I attend mass regularly. I work at a McDonalds restaraunt and I really don't mind working there it's a pretty fun place. After High School, I plan on going to college at either Marshall University, or the College of Mount Saint Joseph where I will study to become some sort of teacher more than likely. I don't like liars or posers, they make me sick, and I don't like people that don't try to make themselves look good. To me, it makes them look bad. Most all of my friends are really great down to earth people that really don't care if other people like them or not, they are who the are, and if they don't like it, then they can get over it. That's what kind of people I like. There's not that much more I could put in here, so I will stop where I am, and if you would like to know more about me, then get in touch with me from one of the ways listed in my contact page. Thanks for reading about me. |
