Before you attempt any dance or exercise it is best to warm up the muscles in your body first.  To do this you will need to do some stretching.  To prepare yourself for the warm up, you will need a few feet of space, comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and shoes.  Remember: go-go is good exercise. Like exercise, you can workout every part of your body but do remember that go-go can be invigorating so do not over do it and keep some water handy in case you get thirsty.
 
 
 
 Example:   Stand with legs apart, interlock your fingers and stretch your arms above your head.  Hold for 5 seconds.
 
 
 
Example:   Place your hands on your hips and gently drop your head forward then raise your head and let your head drop back.  Do 15 sets.
