REVIEWING SOME BASICS

 

The Basic Go-Go Step:  Is a leg crossing step with the main part of the body used being the legs.  (Sequence = 4 beats)

The Double Go-Go Step:  Is a leg crossing step with the main part of the body used being the legs.  The difference between the basic and the double is that the same leg is used twice instead of once.  (Sequence  = 8 beats)

The Slow Side Monkey:  Is an arm pounding step with the main part of the body used being the arms.  The arms are to the side with the arm pounded in two beats.  (Sequence = 4 beats)

 
 

TRY THIS MOVE

 
 

Cross one leg in front of the other. Now do the same thing with the other leg to the other side.  (Sequence = 4 beats)
