I have spent my life obsessed by two things; poetry and religion. My greatest joy in life is to write and read poetry; my greatest conflict is religion. This website contains my poetry as well as the works of others - including some biographical information on my favourite poets. The other motivating factor in my life is illness: I am bipolar, and the consequence of that illness and its diagnosis is something I deal with every day. I am a recovering self-injurer, and I have included information about this on this site. I also discuss honestly my feelings about faith, about mental illness and religion and self-injury in this context as I can find little elsewhere about it. Perhaps my own intermittent faith makes me not the best person to talk about this, but for my own reasons I must try, and I hope someone, somewhere, appreciates it. Welcome to my website, welcome to my world.
