The ranks are as follows:
To make a watchbadge show up next to your name when you post on Ezboard go to 'My Control Center' (there's a link near the top of the screen when you go to the message boards site) and enter one of these URLs into the text box for personal photo:

The URLs for the Commander and Captain Badges haven't been posted here because at the moment there can only be one person with each of these ranks, but more captains may be appointed at a later date.
*The Ook Watch operates an affirmative action policy: all watchbeings - regardless of species, vital status, race or gender - have equal rights to promotion, but also to equal rights to be shouted at by the Commander when everything goes wahoonie-shaped.
For a Recruit to become a full watchbeing they must submit a profile and make two RP posts or send in something for the activities page. Further promotion will be made on the basis of contribution to the RP boards and activities page.
