Van Fleet of McLean, Tompkins County, Ezra Fritts of the state of Indiana, Your petitioner, Children of the Deceased. Dorlisca Burlingham, Nancy Jane Powers, Wayne Lester of Maravia, Cayuga County, Dorroin Lester of the State of Wisconsin, Clarissa Card of norwich, Chenango County, Abner Fritts whose place of residence cannot after dilligent inquery be ascertained, grand children of the Deceased. The the said Wayne Lester is a minor and has no General Guardian. (Edwin A. Marvin appointed guardian.) Other grandchildren were Samantha Lester (m. Robinson) and Clarissa Card. Eliazabeth Fritts b. 5/24/1810 Oneonta, Otsego, Co. NY m. James Lester, d. 1848 Venice, Cayuga County, NY. They had four children: Dorlesca, Dorwin, Nancy Jane and Morgan Wayne. James Lester subsequently married Deborah Allen and the pair had three sons, according to family history. Surrogate Elizabeth Fritts Lester is my ancestor, through her son, Dorwin Lester.
