Stephen Frazee lived and died at Frazee's Corners, on the road from Allenwood to Lakewood, NJ. I do not know his parents or his birthplace. He married Sarah Allen and had these sons named in his will of 1766: Stephen, Joseph, Benjamin, Jonathan and David. I have only notes on Joseph, Benjamin, Jonathan and David, but no links proved by records. I have one clue as to the associates and relatives of Stephen Frazee, that is the 1779 will of William Line, of Elizabethtown. My records for the descendants of Stephen Frazee Jr. and his decendants come mainly from the Frazee Genealogy written by J. Warren Frazee, 1968, which includes the above information regarding Stephen and his wife, Sarah Allen.

Stephen Frazee Jr. married on 19 May 1765 Hannah Gifford, the daughter of Ananiah Gifford and Mary Halstead, by Governor's license at Christ Church, Shrewsbury. Their sons were: Stephen (1767), Joshua (1772) and Joseph. To date, I have no information on Joseph. By 1806, Stephen Jr. was dead. I does not appear he left a will, however, the following deeds in Somerset Co., PA and Monmouth County, define the relationship between the brothers.

Stephen Frazee III s/o Stephen and Hannah Gifford Frazee died in 1850 and left a will written in 1844. He married Amy Johnston as her second husband and lived in Howell Twp. Amy was of Point Pleasant, NJ and had been married to Joshua Gifford, Stephen's cousin. They had Amy (1802), Stephen (1804) and John (1806). I can do look-ups for this family from the work of J. Warren Frazee.
