i do not hate religion because hate is such a strong word and i do not not hate god because i cannot hate something that i do not believe in or something that does not exist but i am rather disturbed by the overwhelming amount of masses that eat it that lick it kiss it kill for it sacrifice punish oppress and give into oppression that stand by without saying a word as their loved one dies for his foolish honor and his only wrongdoing was the belief in a system of fear and a system that breeds a culture of fear that keeps the people down that is nothing more than a giant lie which no one will let go dont tell sam that johnny is in the closet because that would be against our values which is exactly what is disturbing me right now the fact that these values are the exact thing that is holding mankind down while they are praying to the exact same god of the young man who is about to willingly die because he thinks his prayer will be answered first |
