Review: all of the "The Truth About" series are very interesting and are good to read on new subjects to see if you are into them enough to get a more in-depth book. This one includes the basics of psychic powers and how to develop them. This book got me interested in reading more about psychic powers.

Review: My friend has this book, not me but I read it and liked it a lot. A good, fun, beginners guide to psychic powers. Includes short stories from famous people who had psychic experiences. Dowsing, Tarot, Meditation, Crystals, Telepathy, Dreams, Levitation, Clairvoyance and Auras.
The Truth about Ritual Magic, Donald Tyson
Review: A good beginners guide to ritual magic. Another of the series. A good explanation of the tools of magick. However, we should all know that tools are NOT necessary to preform magick. Some prefer to use them, some prefer to use only a few (like me) and some don't use them at all.
The Truth about Herb Magic, Scott Cunningham
Review: Another of the series, this book is a good introduction to herbs and their uses. Explains what herbs are and how they make magick work. Has some sample spells that involve herbs.
Living in the Lap of the Goddess, Cynthia Eller
Review: A good book if you want to learn more about the Feminist Spirituality Movement. Describes its ties with Neo Paganism as well. Recommended for the true seeker.
Zodiac Types, Collins Gem Series
Review: Lots of info for a small pocket book. Helps you figure out your sign then tells you all about the characteristics of that sign including but not only: Spiritual Goal, + and - Characteristics, Behaviour, Physical Looks, At home, at work, love, sex, interests, friends...
