~Dina's List~ I wanted desparately to make a list With Christmastime almost near Surely In it I'd include- What makes you, so very dear. But it took a lot of thought I had to search a little deep I kept saying to myself... What qualities do I keep? So with pen in my hand, And this most burning question in mind. Answers became clear~ Easily, I started to find... For when we talk, And I'm at my days worst, It's your words of encouragement That I will hear first. And during the week, When things aren't going right, It's your words of wisdom That gives me the greatest insight Although I ask for so very much, You always give me more in return. For it's with your life's lessons, That I continue to learn. For these reasons Are only a simple few. Without you in my life- What ever would I do? Better than any package with a bow, And not just at Christmastime Surely, you know? You're my true friend And forever at the top of my list.
