![]() The plight of American POW/MIAs has always been one that has drawn me, but up until recently, I did not know how I could possibly help. I have always felt fortunate that my father did not reinlist in 1966 when given the opportunity. He found out after signing all of the necessary papers for discharge that had he done so, he would have been sent straight to Vietnam. I might never have been born. When I stumbled across Operation Just Cause, I realized that I had finally found a way that I could become active in helping to bring those servicemen whose names still remain on the POW/MIA lists home. These men are my heroes. Please visit the pages that I have created and help me keep alive their memories in the hopes that one day they will come home. ![]() ![]() ![]() Capt. Thomas C. Daffron was finally brought home and laid to rest in his hometown of Pinckneyville, IL, on September 25, 1999. This date would have also been his 56th birthday. Welcome home, Capt. Daffron. God bless you, and may you rest in peace. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
