Harvest, the End of the Age- Put on the New, Put off the Old
(The Gathering - Born again- Performing His Word .-Day of the Lord.)
Like in Thess 4:13-18  Verses 16-17  the dead in Christ will rise” that is the old testment saints and those that die while we are still alive, no matter what generation we are in after Christ died on the cross “saying it was finished” and rose and accended to the Father. and is ruleing and reining now and forever, from one generation to another.  When we are born again we are being caught up with Christ, our life is hid in Him, to be forever with the Lord.  The day of the Lord cometh as a thief in the night, “The day that the righteous are gathered is called the ‘day of the Lord’
This is the Day of judgement and gathering of the righteous and wicked or putting off the old man, and putting on the new.
Thus, we have confirmation that the 'last day', also called the day of the Lord, is a day of judgment upon the wicked, as well as a gathering of the righteous to meet the Lord in the air. For confirmation of this fact, John 12:48 reads, "He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day."

"Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn."
Mt 13:49 "So it will be at the end of the age; the angels shall come forth, and take out the wicked from among the righteous, ( The end of the age that He was talking was the Old Coverent, Now we are in the New Covenant , by the Messiah , the coverant of grace and the fullfilling of the promises to Israel ).
50  and will cast them into the furnace of fire; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
51  "Have you understood all these things?" They said^ to Him, "Yes."
( This the revelation God gives us, we go from victory to victory, glory to glory. We enter the Kingdom though many trials and tribulations to enter the Kingdom.)
Dan 3:20  And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace.
1 John 5:20  And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
Joh 14:21   "He who has My commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves Me; and he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him, and will disclose Myself to him."
22  Judas (not Iscariot) said^ to Him, "Lord, what then has happened that You are going to disclose Yourself to us, and not to the world?"
23  Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him, and make Our abode with him.
1 Jn 5:20 And we know that the Son of God has come, and he has given us understanding so that we can know the true God. And now we are in God because we are in his Son, Jesus Christ. He is the only true God, and he is eternal life.

Mt 24:3 Joe 3:13 Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, tread, for the wine press is full; The vats overflow, for their wickedness is great.
14  Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
Rev 14:15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying out with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, "Put in your sickle and reap, because the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe."
<>16  And He who sat on the cloud swung His sickle over the earth; and the earth was reaped. <>17  And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, and he also had a sharp sickle. <>
18  And another angel, the one who has power over fire, came out from the altar; and he called with a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, saying, "Put in your sharp sickle, and gather the clusters from the vine of the earth, because her grapes are ripe." <>19  And the angel swung his sickle to the earth, and gathered the clusters from the vine of the earth, and threw them into the great wine press of the wrath of God.
Isa 8:15  And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
<>16  Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.
17  And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.
( A continuance judgment for the sins we have committed, and God reshaping us and humbling us, He is the one that is making us anew, destroy everything that offends Him. and we are to walk after the Spirit. putting off the old and putting on the new.)
Mat 13:39  The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
<>40  As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41  The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
<>42  And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. <>43  Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Rev 3:3  And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He shall dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be among them,
4  and He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there shall no longer be any death; there shall no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away."
<>5  And He who sits on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new." And He said^, "Write, for these words are faithful and true." <>6  And He said to me, "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life without cost. <>7  "He who overcomes shall inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son.
Joel 2:31  The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.
<>32  And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.
Joel 3:13  Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, tread, for the wine press is full; The vats overflow, for their wickedness is great.
<>14  Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision. <>15  The sun and moon grow dark, And the stars lose their brightness. <>16  And the LORD roars from Zion And utters His voice from Jerusalem, And the heavens and the earth tremble. But the LORD is a refuge for His people And a stronghold to the sons of Israel.
Rom 8:28  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
<>29  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. <>30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. <>31  What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Mat 13:30  Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.  ( I believe the tares represents the old man. and the wheat represents the new man.)
Jer 16:16 "Behold, I am going to send for many fishermen," declares the LORD, "and they will fish for them; and afterwards I shall send for many hunters, and they will hunt them from every mountain and every hill, and from the clefts of the rocks.
<>17  "For My eyes are on all their ways; they are not hidden from My face, nor is their iniquity concealed from My eyes. <>18  "And I will first doubly repay their iniquity and their sin, because they have polluted My land; they have filled My inheritance with the carcasses of their detestable idols and with their abominations."
Luke 17:30  "It will be just the same on the day that the Son of Man is revealed.
<>31  "On that day, let not the one who is on the housetop and whose goods are in the house go down to take them away; and likewise let not the one who is in the field turn back. <>32  "Remember Lot's wife. <>33  "Whoever seeks to keep his life shall lose it, and whoever loses his life shall preserve it. <>34  "I tell you, on that night there will be two men in one bed; one will be taken, and the other will be left. <>35  "There will be two women grinding at the same place; one will be taken, and the other will be left. <>36  "Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other will be left. <>37  And answering they said^ to Him, "Where, Lord?" And He said to them, "Where the body is, there also will the vultures be gathered." ------------------------------->  ( I beleive wherever the body or flesh is, we are in danger of judgement. It is a continious battle to put off the old and put of the new.)
Rom 8:7  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
James 4:4  Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
John 2:5  Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
<>6  "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
John 6:63  It is the Spirit who gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.
Heb 13:9  So do not be attracted by strange, new ideas. Your spiritual strength comes from God's special favor, not from ceremonial rules about food, which don't help those who follow them.
Rom 10:17  So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
2 Cor 3:5  Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God,
<>6  who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
("Second Coming" of Jesus. I believe is the manifestation of our Lord. The Born again experience.
Jesus still walks the earth in the flesh, our flesh, as well as in the Spirit. His name is still Emmanuel, "God with us"

Ephesians 5:30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

2 Cor 3:17   Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

John 17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
(And us abiding and growing in Him. We can do nothing without Him. Putting off the old and put on the new man.  It is Him doing the work in us.  We trust in Him, He know how to deliver us out of all our temptations. We enter the kingdom of God though many trails and tribulations. We push on for the high calling of God, until He puts everything under His feet. and then we will be like Him.  And see Him face to face.)
(We are being gather and reconciled to the Father through Jesus. I believe we have to see that God is one. One Godhead. We are all being made to be in one Spirit, as the Body of Christ as sons of the most high. The Lord is that Spirit. (2 Cor 3:17) Where the Spirit is are the Father and Jesus abiding in us. God is Spirit. a consuming fire. Making us anew.)

John 14:19) Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. … (22) Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? (23) Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him

Heb 6:20  Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

(Jesus said, "Yet a little while" the world would not see Him, but the apostles saw Him.)

John 14:20, Jesus told His apostles, "…at that day ye shall know that I am in my father, and ye in me and I in you."
John 14:23 Judas wanted to know how Jesus was to "manifest" Himself to the apostles, but not to the world. At that point, Jesus said that if they loved Him, both Jesus and His Father would come and make their abode with them

Matthew 28:18-20 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. (19) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. (20) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world."

Luke 1:32  "He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David;
33  and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever; and His kingdom will have no end."

Rev. 2:5 "Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent".

Rev. 2:16 "Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth".

Rev. 3:3 "Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee".

Rev. 3:11"Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown".

Rev. 3:20 "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me".

If we have been born-again, then He has come into our lives. that is the second coming of Jesus.  until we are regenerated and shape into His image and He gives us a body like unto His.

Now we can understand why the Bible neither speaks of the second coming of Jesus, nor His final coming. As long as planet earth stands, and people continue to exist on it, there will be additional comings of Jesus, until everything that offends Him is under His feet.

Gal 5:14  For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

(Heb 9:26  We have passed from death already unto life. Because we are in Christ and His rightness, not our own.  All of man kind was under the curse of Adam, and when Moses gave the Law, mankind couldn't keep it.  (It was meant to bring us to Jesus) When Jesus died and took our sins on the cross and said it was finish, He died for the whole world. Then only when God chose us to be born again from above through His grace and mercy by the Holy Spirit.  -  Where there is no law there is no SIN, our life is hid in our Lord, By trusting in Him only,  We know that He is the one doing the work in us, If we don't abide in Him, then we don't grow spiritual, and our work is in vain, we can do nothing without him. That is how God is reconciling  us to Himself through Jesus.  By us with His help to put off the old man and put on the new. )

Acts 10:42  And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead.

2 Cor. 5:21 "For he (God) hath made him (Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."

Heb 9:28  So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

1 Pet 1:7  that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

Heb 12:1  Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily hinders our progress. And let us run with endurance the race that God has set before us.
2  We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, on whom our faith depends from start to finish. He was willing to die a shameful death on the cross because of the joy he knew would be his afterward. Now he is seated in the place of highest honor beside God's throne in heaven.
3  Think about all he endured when sinful people did such terrible things to him, so that you don't become weary and give up.
4  After all, you have not yet given your lives in your struggle against sin.
5  And have you entirely forgotten the encouraging words God spoke to you, his children? He said, "My child, don't ignore it when the Lord disciplines you, and don't be discouraged when he corrects you.
6  For the Lord disciplines those he loves, and he punishes those he accepts as his children."
7  As you endure this divine discipline, remember that God is treating you as his own children. Whoever heard of a child who was never disciplined?
8  If God doesn't discipline you as he does all of his children, it means that you are illegitimate and are not really his children after all.
9  Since we respect our earthly fathers who disciplined us, should we not all the more cheerfully submit to the discipline of our heavenly Father and live forever?
10  For our earthly fathers disciplined us for a few years, doing the best they knew how. But God's discipline is always right and good for us because it means we will share in his holiness.
11  No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening--it is painful! But afterward there will be a quiet harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way.
12 So take a new grip with your tired hands and stand firm on your shaky legs.
13  Mark out a straight path for your feet. Then those who follow you, though they are weak and lame, will not stumble and fall but will become strong.

1 John 1:1  The one who existed from the beginning is the one we have heard and seen. We saw him with our own eyes and touched him with our own hands. He is Jesus Christ, the Word of life.
2  This one who is life from God was shown to us, and we have seen him. And now we testify and announce to you that he is the one who is eternal life. He was with the Father, and then he was shown to us.
3  We are telling you about what we ourselves have actually seen and heard, so that you may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.
4  We are writing these things so that our joy will be complete.

(John 14:20 NASB)  "In that day you shall[1] know that I am in My Father, and you in[2] Me, and I in you.

1 "SHALL":  Joh 14:10 "Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own initiative, but the Father abiding in Me does His works.
Joh 10:38 but if I do them, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in Me, and I in the Father."

Joh 17:7,11,21-23,26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.

2Co 5:19 namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Col 1:19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
20  And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

Col 2:8  Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
9  For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
10  And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
11  In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12  Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

John 1:12  But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name,
13  who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Heb 12:2  fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

1Co 1:30  God alone made it possible for you to be in Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made Christ to be wisdom itself. He is the one who made us acceptable to God. He made us pure and holy, and he gave himself to purchase our freedom.
